The Mission of the Student Ministry is to Glorify God:

Worshiping Christ through proclaiming the Word

Evangelizing unbelievers through spreading the Word

Discipling saints through teaching the Word

Serving others through obeying the Word

Fellowshipping with believers through living the Word

Our Starting FIVE regular events:

Quest is our high energy worship service reserved for just for students.  We meet Wednesday nights from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Student Center.

D-GROUPS
D-Groups are discipleship groups.  The goal of our discipleship groups is to help students interact with God’s totally trustworthy Word (the Bible) in a relevant and challenging way.  D-Groups help students connect their head to their heart.  Bible study and discipleship are not just about the right answers, it’s about learning to love and live for God on a daily basis.

IMPACT
IMPACT is the creative side of our student ministry.  Impact uses drama, interpretive dance, sign language, and popular songs to challenge and encourage those in attendance at Quest and in the Adult Worship service as well on Sunday nights.

YOUTH CHOIR

YOUTH CHOIR meets on Sunday Afternoons from 4:45- 5:50.  Our Youth Choir helps lead our Sunday night worship service through a wide array of music.  Like all of our Starting Five, Youth Choir is for grades 6-12.  It is our prayer that choir gives our students the opportunity to sing about the good news of Jesus Christ.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
SUNDAY SCHOOL is a time for students to come together and study God’s Word in an effort to live for God on His terms.  The classes are grouped by grades and gender.  A light breakfast starts at 8:45 and class starts at 9 and ends about 9:50.  Our Sunday School classes are also a great way to get involved in outreach and local missions as we put into practice the truth we learn from our previous studies on Jonah, The Church: New Community, and Philippians
