     Drama Team
     Children’s Choirs
     Lighting Technicians
     Sound Technicians
     Computer Operators
     Camera Operators
For more information about how you can get plugged into the Worship & Media Ministries, contact Ken Nuss at kenn@jaspersfbc.org or Callie Ann Sparks at callieanns@jaspersfbc.org

Worship Choir
For those age 16 and above, the Worship Choir sings each Sunday morning at our Traditional Worship service.  In addition, they prepare seasonal presentations to reach the lost and unchurched in Walker County.  The choir rehearses each Wednesday evening at 6:15 pm in the Music Suite.  This is a great way to meet new people and learn to become a worshiper and worship leader.  Contact Ken Nuss for more information at kenn@jaspersfbc.org.

Adult Worship Team
These adults lead our Contemporary worship service each Sunday.  New members are added on an "as needed" basis.  If you sing or play an instrument, let us know so we can try to plug you in.  This group rehearses each Wednesday night at 7:30 pm in the Worship Center.  Contact Ken Nuss for more information at kenn@jaspersfbc.org.

Student Worship Team
Our Student Worship Team leads worship each Sunday night, as well as Wednesday night for Student Worship.  Students who are musically gifted and have a passion for leading worship can audition with the Worship Pastor upon request.  Contact Matt Lotspeich at mattl@jaspersfbc.org or Ken Nuss at kenn@jaspersfbc.org for more information.

Children’s Choir Team
Each Wednesday night at 5:30 children ages K-5th grades gather for a fun time of worship, music and games.  Lead by a wonderful team of loving and caring and nurturing adults, our children are lead to gain a new appreciation for music and how it can help us worship the Lord, Jesus Christ.  A snack supper is served at 5:00 in the Fellowship Hall for those who don’t have time to go home before choir begins.  For more information regarding this exciting ministry, contact Jeanette Sherer at jeanettesherer@yahoo.com

Music Camp for Kids
This is our summer camp for kids, K-5th grades lead by the Creative Children’s Music Team, Frick and Frack Music (www.frickandfrackmusic.com).  Including Music, Bible Study, Dance and Visual Art this camp is a fun, high-energy experience.  Our 2013 camp is scheduled for June 17-21 from 9:00-3:00 pm each day.   Cost for the camp $50 and includes all materials, supplies, Camp T-Shirt, morning and afternoon snack and a DVD of the performance Friday night, June 21.  The camp is open to all kids from the community.  Registration begins Sunday, March 3.  For more information, contact Callie Ann Sparks at callieanns@jaspersfbc.org

Drama Team
Children, Students and Adults can all express themselves through our Drama Ministry.  In addition to dramatic skits presented during Sunday worship services, our Drama Team plays a key role in our church-wide Production Ministry (i.e The Living Lord’s Supper, The Singing Flag and Christmas productions).  If you have a flare for acting, this might be the team for you.  For more information, contact Casey Salors  at caseysalors@gmail.com or Kaley Gurley at kgurley85@gmail.com.

Technical Ministry
This team is comprised of teens and adults.  These folks are involved in one of our most critical ministries at First Baptist.  They run the equipment that keeps this ministry afloat.  Some of the opportunities to serve are in the following areas: Computers, Lighting, Sound, Stage, Cameras, etc.  This is the team that works behind   the scenes to help reach the lost and unchurched, as well as facilitate the worship of the First Family.  Contact Ken Nuss for more information at kenn@jaspersfbc.org.
